About Us

RPS is an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO #52288). We provide a broad range of training solutions to support competency in all areas of health, safety, environment and risk management.

Training and development programs to upskill your team

We offer complete training and development programs that meet industry standards for competency assurance. Our qualified, experienced personnel are available for on-site training at your location or at our premises. We also offer selected courses online.

As an RTO, RPS is authorised to issue a Statement of Attainment to participants who successfully complete the training for applicable courses, which are mapped and delivered against recognised units within our scope. These are part of nationally recognised qualifications.

Our safety training ethos

RPS instructors aim to infuse safety leadership and awareness into an organisation’s culture. They are trained in the latest techniques for conveying QHSE information in innovative ways. Trainers undertake regular professional development to keep our courses high-quality and up-to-date. As members of relevant industry bodies, they also maintain close ties to industry.

We support students throughout the training process, getting to know them as individuals. We care about helping our clients succeed and to get qualifications that will help them develop and add value to their workplace.

Non-accredited workplace training

Packages include courses for safety committees, as well as general compliance training such as Fitness for Work and customised induction initiatives.

We pride ourselves on developing, implementing and delivering programs that are relevant, informative and interesting. Our trainers ensure that systems, policies and plans are rolled out into the workforce appropriately, using fit-for-purpose training materials and simulation exercises that are detailed, yet creatively implemented to ensure workplace ownership.

We offer:

  • Training delivered online or at the client’s workplace
  • The option to design or customise training to meet client needs
  • WorkSafe accredited safety and health representative training
